What is the CJC + Ipamorelin Blend?
This pre-mixed combination pairs CJC-1295 without DAC (a GHRH analog) with Ipamorelin (a selective GH secretagogue). The blend leverages two complementary mechanisms: CJC-1295 amplifies and sustains the GH pulse while Ipamorelin initiates and sharpens it. Research suggests the combination produces 3–5× greater GH output than either peptide alone.
Why Use a Blend vs Separate Vials?
Pre-blended vials offer convenience (one injection instead of two) and consistent ratios. The standard blend contains a 1:1 ratio by weight. When a blend is labeled "10 mg," it typically means 5 mg of each peptide. The dose presets in our calculator refer to the amount of each individual peptide, not the total.
Reconstitution
- 10 mg blend → 3 mL BAC water
- 20 mg blend → 6 mL BAC water
Dosing
100–300 mcg of each peptide (so if using a 1:1 blend, 200–600 mcg of total blend), injected subcutaneously once daily before bed on an empty stomach. Fasting 30 minutes before and after is recommended to avoid blunting the GH pulse.
